When did you start riding:
As a 9 year old girl in Saarland, Germany.
What or who inspired you to ride Dressage?
Culture and tradition in my country.
What is your occupation that allows you to ride?
Plastic and Reconstruction surgeon exclusively taking care of breast cancer patients.
What have been your successes in the show ring?
Freestyles – my horse loves to dance to music – classical and really loud.
What have been you aha moments in training?
The day to day surprises-what works one day does not work the next-and what works at home does not work at the show-sometimes – horses are not bicycles…but living feeling souls.
What is the most difficult thing and riding dressage?
The geometry for a 8 meter circle while steering a hot and inattentive horse.
Which trainer(s) have you worked who have made the most differences to you and your horse(s)?
Many but Heather Mason has really made me break it down and stop babying my horse and get the movements done.
Do you own other pets?
Yes,many-Cats, dogs, chickens, rooster, mini Jersey bull and heifers as well as mini jersey cow-they are the joy of my life. I make butter,yogurt,cheese and milk mamma April as many days as possible.
